Main Level Plan
This foyer is a 24 foot diameter turret with domed ceiling. Dramatic views of the two-story Great Room and fireplace are seen over the balcony and through a unique "rising arch tunnel". By designing the Butler's Pantry as a bar, the expanded Kitchen becomes grand entertainment area.

| Upper Level Plan
The drama of the second floor balcony flows seamlessly down the convenient back stair for every day access. The arched windows and vanities in the Master Bath are framed by dramatic intercepting barrel vaulted ceilings.

The lower level is a marvel of defined spaces in an open, airy light-filled design. The Rotunda is depicted as a prominent space for the serious wine connoisseur. The 3 levels total 10,000 finished square feet of fine design and detail.
