Main Level Plan

The design has a surprising two-story Great Room rising to 20 feet. Two-story Palladian windows on 3 of the octagonal walls define the surprise. Formal and reception area combine to be expansive. Every day living is enlivened by natural light cast front to back across the gourmet kitchen.

Upper Level Plan

This layout can be customized to include additional bedroom suites on the upper level.

A lower level layout would be individually designed to enhance the characteristics of the property and the owners needs. Our other plans show the variety of what a George Sagatov lower level is all about.
